Private Paint Events & Fundraisers with Aurora Artistries

Looking to host a creative and unforgettable gathering? Aurora Artistries offers custom paint night experiences perfect for birthday parties, bachelorette parties, baby showers, team building events, homeschool art classes, and more!

All supplies and step-by-step instruction are provided—no experience needed!

Private Event Pricing:

There is a deposit of $150.00 due at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due the day before the event takes place.

  • $375 for up to 10 participants

  • $35 per additional painter

  • Host your event at the venue of your choice, or at Silver Gulch Brewing and Bottling Company for an additional $50.00

  • If you wish to host the event at Silver Gulch Brewing and Bottling Company, and would like a festive theme I can provide a Birthday Party Package-listed below. You will have access to the venue thirty minutes prior to the event taking place to decorate on your own if you wish.


Raise funds while getting creative! When you host a fundraiser with Aurora Artistries:

  • Your event will be listed publicly on our website

  • We handle ticket sales and payments

  • After the event, you receive 25% of the total proceeds to support your cause

  • Aurora Artistries will issue your fundraising check within two weeks of the event

Choose to host your fundraiser at a location you provide (seating for at least 25 required) or at Silver Gulch Brewing and Bottling Company for an additional $50.00, deducted from your final fundraiser earnings.

BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE AT SILVER GULCH

$80.00

If you are planning to bring your loved ones to a regular paint night event on the day of their birthday, or for an anniversary, or any other celebration I can provide a private table for your party of 6 or less with a festive tablecloth, 6 helium balloons, a basic bouquet of flowers and chocolates. The fee is due at the time of booking. If you require more seating, there is an additional $10.00 per person, up to 10 guests in total.
